    Our warranty does not cover:

    • Installation problems, user instruction, or issues with your home’s wiring, plumbing, breakers, or outlets
    • Light bulbs, cosmetic parts, shelves, glass, hoses, pumps, leveling legs, or other non-mechanical items
    • Service calls where the appliance is tested and found to be working normally
    • Problems caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, overloading, fire, flooding, or natural disasters
    • Features such as self-clean cycles, clocks, timers, and water/ice makers
    • Appliances used for commercial purposes unless clearly stated on the invoice

    Warranty – What Is Covered

    • Mechanical and operational parts needed for normal appliance function
    • Parts and labour during the warranty period listed on your invoice

    Delivery & Setup

    • Removal of your old appliance is included only if noted on the invoice
    • We are not a moving company and do not move furniture or rearrange rooms
    • Basic hook-up may be included if stated on the invoice
    • Appliance Girl is not responsible for damage to walls, floors, or property during delivery or hook-up
    • All pathways must be clear and accessible at the time of delivery
    • Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements (doors, hallways, appliance openings)
    • If an appliance must be returned due to incorrect measurements, an additional delivery fee applies

    Warranty Service Area

    • In-home warranty service is available within 45 km of our store
    • Outside this area, the appliance must be brought back to our warehouse

    Returns & Liability

    • All sales are final
    • Refunds are only considered in exceptional situations and at our discretion
    • Appliance Girl is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury caused by appliance failure or manufacturer design issues
