I purchase used appliances for all my rental units and properties and I recently moved all my business from another local used appliance store in Hamilton, to Appliance Girl and I could not be happier. Tania has provided me with such great customer service and great product, I can not understand why I did not move sooner. Don’t bother with anyone else as you will be disappointed. Great customer service and a very positive experience! I recently purchased a washer and dryer, and there was a small issue with the dryer wheel. She was quick to send someone out to fix it, and everything was taken care of in no time. I really appreciate how fast and professional the service was. It’s nice dealing with someone who stands behind what they sell. I definitely recommend giving her a chance if you’re looking for appliances!

This was formerly TJ’s. Now owned and operated by Tanya. New name is Appliance Girl. I called several used appliance stores that really didn’t seem to have their act together, either no answer and no message machine, or indifferent sales staff as I was looking to buy a used washing machine. The owner returned my call sounded professional and engaged, smart. Next day in the shop, her sales woman was again, helpful, all over it. I bought a machine. I’m optimistic it will be fine. Priced competitively. Then, the delivery man shows up, on time, smart, quickly figures out its not going to fit through the hall without another helper. He promised to return with his wife to help move the washer later that evening rather than potentially damage my wall. And he does! Brings his wife and children to finish the job. Did a fantastic job! I am amazed. Folks, these are the people you give your business to.

I got a simple washing machine from her. Fraction of the cost of a new one- the guy delivered, and took away my old one, and I’ve had no trouble with it.

Tanya is the best. Very professional, honest, reasonable and a business owner who really cares about her customers. She was able to diagnose the issues on my fridge and fix this after multiple other technicians from different companies had failed to do this. I am super grateful for her. I highly recommend her.

Tanya is a very honest, knowledgeable business owner who went out of her way to provide me resolution with a fridge I had issues with. She was able to diagnose it and provide next steps to determine the root of the damage.
